Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about what you grow—and that includes shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible non-perishable items.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at lyndsay@fieldandforageseedco.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.

Returns must include an RA# and be approved before being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable and storage-sensitive nature, all seed sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom orders or personalized goods

  • Personal care items (like scrubs, soaks, etc.)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at lyndsay@fieldandforageseedco.com within 5 days. We’ll get it sorted with a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Exchanges

Want something else instead? The fastest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU Customers

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen your refund, please contact us.
