Balloon Flower | Platycodon grandiflorus | Seeds | Heirloom | Non-GMO | 50 Seeds

A whimsical perennial with a name to match, Balloon Flower gets its name from the way its buds puff up like tiny balloons before bursting open into striking star-shaped blooms. Native to East Asia, this heirloom favorite features violet-blue flowers on upright stems and blooms reliably year after year.

Great for borders, pollinator gardens, and cut flower arrangements, Balloon Flower brings both charm and structure to the garden—and is surprisingly easy to grow from seed.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate

While germination takes a little patience, Balloon Flower is low-maintenance and long-lived once established. Perfect for gardeners looking to grow something a bit different and rewarding.

Pollinator Friendly:

• Attracts bees
• Loved by butterflies
• Gentle nectar source for native pollinators

Planting & Care Details:
