A compact, early-maturing variety with bold purple-red heads, Red Acre Cabbage is perfect for raised beds, small gardens, and cooler-season growing. The firm, dense 2–4 lb heads store well and offer crisp texture and mild, slightly sweet flavor—ideal for slaws, fermenting, and fresh salads.
This heirloom beauty performs best in spring and fall gardens and is known for excellent color retention even after cooking or pickling.
