Delicate in appearance but tough in the garden, German Chamomile is the go-to variety for calming teas, herbal infusions, and pollinator patches. Its daisy-like flowers bloom abundantly on tall, airy stems and release a sweet, apple-like scent that defines this old-world favorite. Harvest the blooms for fresh or dried use—or simply let them sway in the breeze and support your local bees.
This annual self-sows easily, grows well in poor soil, and thrives with minimal care. A beautiful, useful, and soul-soothing addition to any herbal garden.

• Deadhead regularly to encourage prolonged blooming
• Leave some flowers to mature if you’d like it to reseed naturally
