A Southern garden staple, Morris Heading Collards produce tender, mild-flavored leaves in loose, cabbage-like heads. This heirloom variety is slow to bolt, tolerant of heat, and exceptionally cold-hardy—making it a dependable grower from early fall through winter in warmer zones. Leaves are smooth and rich green, ideal for braising, sautéing, or freezing.
Highly productive and excellent for cut-and-come-again harvests.
